As the customer experience designer for Westpac Live the business wanted to improve the visual presentation of the new savings product known as Life. The business objective was clear however the right visualisations to use was not.
I embarked on a series of quick design sprints to discover what was the customers needs in regards to savings. First discovery workshop it was found what the right data needed was as well as the customers key driver; Where am I, Am I on track, Show me how to get there. After several rounds on design I took designs to moderated 1-1 testing.
Along with the prototypes we also choose behavioural messaging to work along side the visuals. This was all synthesised to the final designs.
Deliverables: Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders, user research, user testing, sketching, designing detailed wire frames, click-able prototypes to test with customers, all the way through to delivery in a fast agile environment.
